Harpers Ferry Chiropractic seeks to provide their customers with a whole health focus including nutrition and physical therapy on top of their other services. When they planned an upcoming wellness event, the asked me to design a flyer and some social media posts to help promote it. They instructed me that it was female focused and that they wanted a woman balancing between taking care of her family/work while taking care of herself. I knew I had limited space with all of the information they wanted to include, so I decided to focus on her torso with arms raised balancing the personal life and health elements in her hands along each side.

I typically provide my clients with rough sketches, but time was tight, and I was pretty happy with that I saw in my head. I took my rough sketch into Procreate and painted everything in. Procreate provided the textures and chunky brushes that I wanted to give this a natural hand-drawn look.

I then created the logotext in Illustrator and built everything in around it. I then adapted the flyer to online social media ads for Instagram and Facebook
